Artistic Polar Bea......Oh, You Know.

A quick update from the easel -

A layer of wax and a layer of paint later...

Another layer of wax (a little too thick) and paint...

He's looking very mosaic-y because I'm trying not to completely cover the layers below.  I'm thinking one more thin layer and a satin top coat, and we can bid a fond farewell to our ursine friend.

Looks like you simply can not stop)
I am so impressed by your 100 bears, the feast of creativity, idea, talent, such a pleasure to see. Fantastic work.

You are such a dear, easing us into our withdrawal instead of just saying - here it is, the last bear! I'm enjoying this process and take your time, you know we don't want to say goodbye to these lovely bears!

Very nice depth.

Now you've got a bear on your back. Habits form in just ninety days and you're twelve days past. Going cold turkey won't be easy--say why not turkeys next with Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner.

Wow! You made it 100 - amazing! I doubt I could manage 10 of something. It was fun to watch them all.

The colours on this are wonderful. They just glow.
